Born and raised in Wetumpka, Alabama to Charlotte D. George (Clarence) Reid and Lorenzo L. Pitts; Omega George was viewed early on as a peculiar child and it was evident that he was destined for ministry. Being groomed and tutored under his grandmother, Evangelist Juanita Jackson at the time, he traveled, had grassroots hands on experience of just what ministry and the church looked like. Discovering at age 5 that he had a unique voice, Omega started singing in the Youth Choir at Second Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend Timothy Robinson. As he grew, he continued singing and became the Sunday School Secretary there. In 2003, his grandmother Evangelist Jackson was summons by God to start her own ministry and there the discovery of life budded for Omega George. In 2009, Omega answered the call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and was licensed under Pastor Juanita Jackson as an Evangelist and ordained as a minister where he served faithfully and later became the Assistant Pastor. Ministry rapidly advanced for Omega. In 2011, Omega graduated from Alabama State University with a dual degree in Communications with concentrations in the Recording Industry and Recording Technology. During his tenure at ASU, he served as the Grammy Chapter Representative for the National Association of Recording Arts and Sciences. Post-graduation, Omega moved to Nashville, TN where he gained momentum and experience within the scope of the music business at the Gospel Music Association for the Dove Awards. During this time ministry was becoming more and more progressive for him. He traveled the country serving a prophetic and apostolic voice, Apostle Dr. M. Linda Brown. It was through her ministry along with that of Chief Apostle Chester Bell that Evangelist Omega George was ushered in the truth of his call, the prophetic. Being nurtured and groomed under these leaders, Prophet Omega became skilled and developed as a man of integrity and grace for this office. He is currently serving as the chairman of International Evangelism for New Deliverance Fellowship, Inc. in Hattiesburg, MS; The Prophet for Epistles of God Church of Deliverance in Hamburg, AR, Bastrop, LA, Warren, AR, and El Dorado, AR with more than three thousand members. He is the Founder of Ruach Entertainment and Omega George Ministries, Inc. Omega has served in many capacities within the spectrum of music business both main stream and independently. From sitting on the Board of Directors for award shows, to being a record label executive, artist manager; to now owning his own company, Omega travels the country extensively now preaching and prophetically declaring the present day word of truth.
Omega George has established himself as a consummate and capable professional within the music industry for nearly a decade. George has used his educational and organizational prowess to shape the brands of some of Gospel music’s most notable names. George attended Alabama State University (ASU) and obtained a dual communications Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry & Recording Technology. George served as the ASU’s chapter representative for the Atlanta Chapter of the Recording Academy during his matriculation. George went on to make his mark in the music entertainment sector and became the Events Operator for the Gospel Music Association in Nashville, TN. George was an integral part of assisting and executing the success of the Dove Awards during his tenure. George went on to become the Media & Booking Manager for Nettie’s Child Music & Management, LLC. George had the honor of integrating his expertise in new media and music to bolster and support the careers of dynamic Gospel artists like: Maurette Brown Clark, and Anthony Brown & Group TherAPy. In 2014, George also established Ruach Entertainment, a multi-service enterprise that provides consulting, advisement, talent development, management, and brand strategy. Under the auspices of Ruach Entertainment, George continued to oversee day to day operations of Nettie’s Child Management by developing creative content, securing and executing booking dates, procuring media placements, and providing social media strategy. George continued to develop his proficiency in the music entertainment field and has been a part of the aiding Nettie’s Child Management attain notable sales and brand recognition success. Nettie’s Child Management artists have attained Top charting status and has garnered a myriad of national media appearances further solidifying their viability in the market. George’s work with Nettie’s Child Management clients has been an invaluable part of the company’s success. In 2017, George joined the Urban Inspirational division of Entertainment One Music Nashville as Marketing Manager. George manages and develops the brands of artists that include: Deitrick Haddon, Todd Dulaney, Pastor Shirley Caesar, Jonathan McReynolds, Martha Munizzi, Jonathan Nelson, James Fortune, and more. George’s trajectory is bright. His humility and versatility has given him great insights into the music industry. His dexterity in marketing/promotions, artist management, and artist development with some of Gospel music’s top mainstream and independent artists has afforded him access to even more great endeavors in the future.
